Leather Front Pocket holster I made from Scrap leather and TiteBond wood glue

Back to Kel-Tec stuff

I made this holster by first coming up with a pattern with poster board. Then I cut a piece of leather a little bit big all the way around the pattern. I put my P-32 into a plastic bag. Then I dipped the leather into boiling water (not sure if it has to be boiling or not). With it still wet, I then wrapped it around the P-32 and clamped it into place with squeeze clamps. Allow to dry for a day or 2 so the leather will harden (mine also darkened up a bit, which I liked). I then removed the P-32, and opened up the 2 pieces, and filled it with Titebond glue from Home Depot, and re-clamped to let dry for another day. Then I cut down the edges to make it the size I wanted and smoothed the edges with a dremel and a sanding wheel. Then I covered all the edges with the glue to kinda seal them up. I also cut a small tear drop kinda piece to seal up the muzzle area, and covered it top and bottom with glue, and let it all dry.
